1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms" or "this Agreement") govern the relationship between juara404 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "the Player", "you" or "your") who accesses, registers, deposits funds into or places any wager through the juara404 website located at juara404.cam or any associated mobile interface.

By creating a juara404 account, by depositing funds into that account, or by making use of any feature, service or game available through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and may not register an account.

juara404 is operated under an internationally recognised online gaming framework. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to verify that participation in online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence before using this Platform. juara404 does not represent or warrant that its services are available or lawful in any specific country or territory, including any region of Malaysia.

These Terms should be read alongside the juara404 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between juara404 and each registered Player.

3.1 Age Requirement

The juara404 Platform is strictly reserved for individuals who are aged 21 years or older. This age threshold applies regardless of the legal gambling age in the Player's country of residence where a lower age may otherwise be permitted. juara404 actively enforces this requirement as a core platform policy. Players found to be under 21 years of age at the time of registration will have their accounts suspended and any funds on balance handled in accordance with juara404 account-closure procedures.

3.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility

It is each Player's sole responsibility to verify that accessing online gambling services is lawful in their place of residence before creating an account or depositing funds. juara404 does not provide legal advice and makes no representation as to the lawfulness of its services in any particular jurisdiction. Players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions must not access or use the Platform.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the juara404 Platform. Duplicate accounts, whether created under different names, email addresses or payment methods by the same individual, are strictly prohibited. Where juara404 identifies multiple accounts held by the same person, all associated accounts will be subject to review, and any bonus claims or winnings derived through duplicate-account activity may be voided.

3.4 Registration Accuracy

Players must provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration. This includes legal full name, date of birth, residential address and contact email. Intentionally submitting false, incomplete or misleading registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

4. Account Rules

4.1 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their juara404 login credentials, including their username and password. Credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances. juara404 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that result from a Player's failure to protect their login information. Players should use strong, unique passwords and notify juara404 support immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access to their Account.

4.2 Account Currency

juara404 accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Players may deposit and withdraw in MYR through the supported payment channels listed on the Platform. Any currency conversion required for alternative deposit methods will be applied at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of the transaction.

4.3 Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting juara404 customer support. Alternatively, self-exclusion tools are available through the juara404 Responsible Gambling page. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining will be returned through a supported payment method following successful KYC verification. Active Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that have recorded no login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) calendar months may be classified as inactive. juara404 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts, which will be deducted from any remaining balance. Players will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. The fee schedule applicable at the time will be communicated through the Platform.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

juara404 supports a range of Malaysian and international payment channels for account funding. Supported methods include:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost Wallet
• GrabPay
• DuitNow (Instant Transfer)
• FPX Online Banking — including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong and RHB
• USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency)

The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any given time. Players should check the Deposit section of their Account for the current list of active options.

5.2 Own Funds Requirement

All funds deposited into a juara404 Account must originate from payment accounts or instruments registered solely in the depositing Player's name. juara404 does not accept deposits from third parties, shared accounts or credit facilities used for the specific purpose of gambling. Depositing funds borrowed for gambling purposes is strongly discouraged as a responsible-gambling principle.

5.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit accepted by juara404 is RM 50. Maximum deposit amounts may apply depending on the selected payment method and the Player's account verification status. These limits are displayed at the time of initiating a deposit transaction.

5.4 Processing Times

Deposits via e-wallet channels (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited to a Player's Balance immediately or within a very short period. DuitNow and FPX bank transfers typically complete within 5 to 15 minutes, subject to the Player's bank processing. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation timeframes and are typically reflected within 15 to 30 minutes after sufficient network confirmations have been received. These are estimated timeframes only; actual processing times may vary.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

A withdrawal request may only be submitted by a Player whose Account has been verified through the juara404 KYC process. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion may be placed on hold until all required documentation has been received and reviewed. juara404 recommends that Players complete account verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when requesting a withdrawal.

6.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. For regulatory and anti-money-laundering reasons, juara404 requires that withdrawals be returned to the same payment channel used for the deposit, where technically possible. juara404 reserves the right to request additional documentation to confirm the identity and ownership of the payment instrument before releasing a withdrawal.

6.3 Processing Timeframes

juara404 aims to process eligible withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): typically under 5 minutes
• DuitNow / FPX: typically 5 to 15 minutes
• Bank Wire Transfer: typically 15 to 60 minutes

These timeframes represent estimates under standard operating conditions. Actual processing may take longer during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. juara404 will not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment partners, banking networks or circumstances outside juara404's reasonable control.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are detailed within the Withdrawal section of a Player's Account interface. Players may be required to meet a minimum real-money wagering threshold before a withdrawal of deposited funds becomes available, independent of any bonus wagering requirements. This measure is in place to protect against payment-processing abuse.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through juara404 are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible game lists, maximum bet restrictions, bonus expiry periods and maximum cash-out caps. These individual promotion terms are published alongside each offer at the time of availability. In the event of any conflict between the individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that specific bonus.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting balance or winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier (for example, x10, x15 or x20) is stated on each individual promotion. Players should ensure they understand the rollover requirement applicable to any bonus before claiming it.

7.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. As a general guide:

• Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet toward wagering completion.
• Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute between 10% and 20%.
• Some games may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely.

The specific contribution rates applicable to each promotion are listed within that promotion's terms. juara404 reserves the right to adjust game-contribution rates at any time with reasonable notice.

7.4 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a Player holds an active bonus balance, the maximum permitted bet per round or wager is limited to MYR 500 unless a lower limit is specified in the relevant promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the Bonus Funds being voided without notice.

7.5 Bonus Expiry

Promotional bonuses that are not claimed or for which wagering requirements have not been completed within the specified expiry window — typically 7, 14 or 30 days as stated in the individual promotion terms — will be automatically removed from the Player's Account. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated winnings generated exclusively from those funds will be forfeited.

7.6 Abuse and Misuse

juara404 reserves the right to refuse, cancel or void any bonus, free bet or promotional award where there is reasonable evidence that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting activity designed to exploit promotional terms, low-risk wagering strategies intended to circumvent wagering requirements, or creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

juara404 reserves the right to accept, decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. This includes bets on specific events, markets or bet types. Placement of a bet does not constitute confirmation of acceptance until the Platform has explicitly confirmed the bet through the Account transaction history.

8.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

juara404 will take reasonable care to ensure that quoted odds and game parameters are accurate. However, in the event that a bet is accepted as a result of a technical error, human error, obvious pricing mistake or system fault, juara404 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. juara404 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from such an error.

8.3 Live Betting

In-play betting markets are made available subject to data feed availability and market-suspension policies. juara404 may suspend or close live betting markets at any time, including in response to significant game events. Bets placed after a determinative event in live markets — where juara404 can demonstrate through available data that the outcome was known at the time of bet placement — may be voided.

8.4 RNG and Game Fairness

All software-based games on the juara404 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Games are operated under audited fair-play standards. The stated Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot or casino game represents a theoretical long-run average and does not guarantee any return within a single session or playing period.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of this section will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one Account on the Platform, whether individually or in coordination with other individuals.
• Using automated scripts, bots, software or algorithmic systems to interact with any game, market or service on the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit any software bug, technical vulnerability or pricing error for financial gain.
• Engaging in match fixing, insider information exploitation, or any action that compromises the integrity of sporting events available on the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using juara404 as a mechanism for money laundering.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while deliberately misrepresenting the Player's location through VPN, proxy or similar technical means.
• Sharing, selling or transferring an Account to any third party.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing juara404 staff or other users through any communication channel.

10. Responsible Gambling

juara404 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to providing tools that help Players manage their activity in a healthy and sustainable manner. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, and never as a method of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following player-management tools are available through the juara404 Platform or by request through customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic reminders and session cut-offs are available.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications about time spent and funds used during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion periods ranging from one week to permanent closure.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Short-term account pauses for players who need a break.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Platform content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

No content from the juara404 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, republished, scraped, framed or otherwise commercially exploited without the prior written permission of juara404. Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, juara404 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising directly or indirectly from the use or inability to use the Platform.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, connectivity failures or errors in third-party data feeds that affect the availability or accuracy of markets and games.
• Any act or omission of third-party payment partners that results in delayed or failed transactions.
• Losses arising from a Player's own failure to maintain account security or from voluntary disclosure of login credentials.
• Any decision by a Player to wager real money on any event or game outcome.

Nothing in these Terms operates to limit juara404's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under the applicable legal framework.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. juara404 does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, uninterrupted or fit for any particular purpose beyond entertainment.

13. Amendments to These Terms

juara404 reserves the right to amend, update or modify these Terms at any time. Where a material change to these Terms is made, juara404 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address associated with each Player's Account.

Continued use of the juara404 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept any changes to the Terms should cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 4.3 of this document.

juara404 will maintain the current version date of these Terms at the top of this document. Players should review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which juara404 holds its international online gaming licence. In the event of any dispute between a Player and juara404 arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through the juara404 customer support and complaints procedure before seeking any other remedy.

To raise a formal complaint, Players should contact juara404 via the support email address provided in Section 15 of these Terms, stating the nature of the dispute, the relevant transaction or event reference, and the outcome sought. juara404 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within two business days and will aim to provide a substantive response within fourteen business days of receipt.

Players who remain dissatisfied following the juara404 internal complaints process retain any rights available to them under applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that a Player may hold under the law of their place of residence.
